We avoid investments where governance standards, transparency, or accountability fall below acceptable thresholds, or where reputational, social, or environmental risks cannot be responsibly mitigated.
PermaInvest actively seeks to partner with businesses that demonstrate responsible leadership, lawful conduct, and a commitment to positive impact. We believe that ethical behaviour, sound governance, and long-term value creation are inseparable.
Where concerns arise, we will engage constructively with management to address issues. If meaningful improvement cannot be achieved, we reserve the right not to proceed with or to exit the investment.
